Tracing the Immortal’s Footprints

Past lives, this life, and the future: all three lifetimes converge in the present. The Life Tablet, the Nether Stele, and the Tracing Order: all living beings bow before them...

Yuan Chen, the Origin Emperor and master of the Immortal-Slaying Sword, is ambushed by the Heart-Piercing Sword and dies, only to be reborn. He vows to defy fate, change his destiny, and return to the pinnacle.

Yet after being reborn, Yuan Chen encounters an even stranger world...

In relics that have endured since time immemorial, he searches for the one and only chance at survival. In tombs sealed underground for eternity, how many legends of heroes lie sleeping? Behind the mottled bronze gates, why does Nuwa, with a human face and serpent body, want to meet Yuan Chen? Across the land of the Immortal Origin, how many fervent souls lie buried, like moths flying into a flame?

A lotus blooms with pure light in the chaos. The Ice God gleams blue amid the frigid tides. A withering blade of grass bursts forth with countless rays of rosy light, piercing past, present, and future...

An upheaval unlike any in all of history begins, and the stirring horns of battle ring out...

In the end, who will bury whom?
