The Moles of Sorrow

When twin sisters are sexually assaulted by villains, the older sister, unsure of where the limits of self-defense lie, accidentally kills one of them. To care for their mother, who is terminally ill with cancer, and her younger sister, who is in college, the older sister has no choice but to sink the body in a pond, making her sister an accomplice. The entire incident is filmed by one of the dead man's cronies. Using the video as leverage, the crony keeps the older sister under his control for a year. When the time is right, she kills him and uses her sister's identity as her twin to provide a perfect alibi. But fate has other plans: while helping her sister without knowing the truth, the younger sister has an accident and leaves behind a clue. A mole on her neck becomes the sole irrefutable evidence capable of unraveling the older sister's chain of proof. The villain who gets hold of this evidence turns the younger sister into helpless prey. Enraged beyond measure, the older sister takes up the butcher's knife once more. The law may be vast, but no one escapes it. One mole, a lifetime of sorrow, and a sharp blade hangs over their heads...
