[A 60-year-old heroine divorces and starts over + the second male lead finally wins her heart + a father-and-son reckoning] Zhu Yaoguang gave up a respectable job to care for her family, working herself to the bone for thirty years. In return, she got cancer and was hospitalized, while her husband cheated on her. Her scumbag husband and son fussed over his mistress and ignored her completely. Seeing those two for who they really were, Zhu Yaoguang calmly asked for a divorce. All she got in return was a string of angry scoldings: “You’re sixty! Why are you still making a fuss?” “Mom, can’t you just be reasonable?” After the divorce, she was free again and decided to live for herself for once. So what if she was sixty and had cancer? She would build a career, get revenge on the homewrecker and the scumbag, and make every day count. When Zhu Yaoguang successfully rose from the ashes and began a new life, she had a powerful medical expert for a husband, whom she had married in a flash, and a devoted goddaughter by her side, keeping her smiling. At last, the scumbag father and son panicked, only to realize Zhu Yaoguang would never even spare them another glance.
