Reborn as a Puppet Emperor? First, I'll Teach the Demon Empress a Lesson!

Kicking down the Golden Throne, riding across the Imperial Court.

Awakening from a great dream, mercenary leader Zhao Jun discovers that he has transmigrated into ancient times and become the emperor who protects the nation in a feudal dynasty. Unfortunately, powerful ministers control the court, which is rife with corruption, while the empress dowager holds all the power and rules from behind the curtain.

An emperor has been reduced to a puppet, and even the concubines in his harem show him no respect, throwing their weight around as they please.

Zhao Jun slaps the treacherous consort, purges the corrupt faction, then cuts down the treacherous ministers and sweeps across the land.

“I am the emperor of this realm. I shall sweep across the land and watch over all directions like a tiger.”

“Those who follow me will prosper; those who defy me will perish!”
