The Yellow River Files on the Supernatural

This is a true supernatural incident from the 1950s. During construction of the Sanmenxia Dam on the Yellow River, a Soviet water conservancy expert was so terrified by something he saw on the riverbank that he suffered a nervous breakdown and hurried back to his country. For reasons everyone knows, the story was never made public. Note: The Sanmenxia Dam was the only water conservancy project among the 156 Soviet-aided projects in China, and was hailed as the first dam on the ten-thousand-mile Yellow River.
