Clouds in Disarray

After Jing Yun successfully avenged herself, she had barely caught her breath when her ex-boyfriend bought her as a slave for his household.

"I want my freedom. What gives you the right to stop me?"

Dou Ruyu gripped his sword tightly. "You were bought for fifty taels of silver by this general. If you want your freedom, earn fifty taels to buy it back first."

Jing Yun didn't take this petty man seriously. She found another way to regain her freedom and fled far away.

But the arrogant General Dou came after her.

Mother: Daughter, Xiao Dou is such a good man, and you're not getting any younger. Just marry him.

Older Sister: Little sister, General Dou has suffered so much. Why not give in?

Younger Brother: Big sister, your future brother-in-law is wonderful. You won't find another chance like this!

Niece: Auntie, General Dou is so handsome. So many people have asked me to give him their purses. Why don't you want him?

Jing Yun: Men, huh. Men only slow down how fast I make money. Get as far away from me as you can.
