The Ma Yi Celestial Master

The Mountain Gate cultivates the Dao and teaches the arts; the Medical Gate saves lives and heals the wounded; the Fate Gate draws talismans and refines pills; physiognomists observe the heavens and read destiny; diviners make keen judgments about what is to come and go!

Thus, the Mountain, Medical, Fate, Physiognomy, and Divination traditions are known together as the Five Branches of the Mystic Arts! Since ancient times, physiognomy has been divided into the folk and scholarly schools. Yet there is another clan that belongs to neither, one that has produced generation after generation of great masters. In over a thousand years, seven of its members have attained divine mastery of physiognomy. They are known as the Ma Yi Heavenly Masters!
