The Wind Across the Open Plains

If it weren't for him, how could I have made my way through that desolate place?

Sheng Yuan: "Girl from the east, look. The wind is blowing over from that vast plain. Life shouldn't be defined."

Life is not a track, but a vast plain.

The secret to happiness is freedom, and the secret to freedom is courage.

Because of a career bottleneck and a violent dispute at the hospital, Jiang Yin, a 29-year-old female urologist who had just become an attending physician, travels from the prosperous east to Gansu in the northwest to take part in a medical assistance program, hoping to regain her confidence and sense of self.

There, she meets Sheng Yuan, a forest ranger.

With love and responsibility, they are like the wind sweeping across the vast plain: traveling a thousand miles to aid Gansu, bringing flowers to bloom across Longyuan, and enduring without end.
