I Just Want a Hug

A tough, taciturn doctor and a bewitching, fiery beauty Dr. Zhou is quite handsome. The kind of man who can make a whole crowd of young women swoon just by standing there. Dr. Zhou is quite accomplished, too. He’s deputy head of orthopedics at the City People’s Hospital, a refined man with plenty of money. He’s also a graduate advisor with a master’s degree, and a bona fide associate professor. Dr. Zhou is quite the secret flirt. Ask Xin Yan. Xin Yan once vowed to herself that she would win the aloof beauty right on her doorstep. She tried every little trick in the book, but the face-slapping came far too quickly. Then Xin Yan came to her senses and gave up. Just as she was about to focus on her career and find herself a man, the flower came chasing after her, shamelessly clinging to her. Zhou Xiao: My face really stings! Xin Yan: You deserve it! You accept me, and I’ll warm your heart. As long as it’s you, it will always be you. Xin Yan always thought she was the only one scheming to make this relationship happen, but the longer it went on, the more something felt off. Only after a ring slipped onto her finger did she realize that this guy had finally gotten his long-cherished wish. “Call me big brother, and I’ll agree to anything.” “I love you. That’s all.” I will stay by your side through every change of time, just to protect what your heart longs for. Zhou Xiao thinks: Xin Yan is clingy, greedy, quick-tempered, unwilling to take a loss, and domineering, but the feeling that she only acts this way with him is wonderful. He just can’t let her go. Xin Yan thinks: I must have had pork fat clouding my eyes, or temporarily gone blind, to fall so hopelessly in love with Zhou Xiao. I can’t pull myself away, but I’m happy to stay right where I am. You made me forget my sadness. I just want to have a proper romance with you in this world, and in the end, get married.
