Fantasy: the Strongest Defense Upgrade System

Others' time-traveling artifacts and techniques are flying all over the sky, but when Ye Fan time-travels, the system can only upgrade the defense. In order to upgrade his skills properly, Ye Fan can only let others hit him... "Don't come over, don't... Please, please hit me. Don't let me hit... Wuwu..." He looked at his red and swollen hands, and then at the broken treasure on the ground, and for a moment he even wanted to die. Ye Fan kindly asked him to practice his skills, but others didn't appreciate it. Instead, they knelt down and begged him to beat him. Alas, such an excessive request. Ye Fan could only reluctantly agree!
