After Breaking Off the Engagement, I Hooked Up With My Ex's Abstinent Older Brother

[Marriage first, love later + sweet romance + adorable child + groveling pursuit + both leads have only ever been with each other]

On the night of her vigil, a comatose man takes her by force, but she doesn't dare speak up or demand justice for herself.

To survive, she becomes the nanny to the nephew of the "Living King of Hell," able to charm the adorable child in public and warm his uncle's bed in private.

Not long afterward, he flings a check in front of her. "I'm getting married."

Mo Wanyin briskly takes the money, then walks away without a trace of regret.

Months later, he brings her back to the same place and dotes on her beyond measure. "Be my mistress. I can give you money and power."

Mo Wanyin refuses without a second thought. "All I want is freedom."

The bird is already in the cage. Nowhere to fly, even with its wings spread.

This is a battle of taking by force. He thought she was the bird in his cage, but after several rounds, he comes away defeated every time. In the end, all he can do is beg humbly: "Wanwan, let's get married."
