Manufacturing Is King

Many mainstream media said: We are about to transition from the "Made in China Era" to the "China Intelligent Manufacturing Era". As a career veteran who has been involved in the manufacturing industry for nearly 20 years, the author really wants to write a novel that belongs to us "manufacturers" to recall our lost youth. This novel describes the workplace ecology of three different classes: gold-collar, white-collar, and blue-collar. In terms of the department functions described in the novel, it covers production, quality, logistics, finance, personnel, sales, new product development, engineering, continuous improvement and other functional blocks in manufacturing enterprises. Some of these work functions have been managed by the author personally, while most of them are collateral departments closely related to the author. The author connects them together through some storylines, allowing everyone to experience the various scenarios and challenges they face in their daily operations. Although the characters and plots in the book are fictitious, friends who are familiar with the author can easily find the prototypes of the characters in the novel (please do not try to identify them). Some plots even come from the author's work notes, ensuring the authenticity. I hope readers can gain something while savoring the ups and downs of the workplace while reading the novel; friends of the same generation will resonate with it. If you have any comments or suggestions, your guidance is welcome.
