This Time, Junior Sister Must Ascend

[Reborn; satisfying read; ensemble cast; contrasting personalities; no romance; laughter and tears] Liu Fushu failed her tribulation, and the Heavenly Dao shoved her into a new body. Yun Qing, an outer sect disciple of Chengtian Sect, had a pitifully poor spiritual root and was pushed off the Spirit-Severing Cliff. After taking revenge, she rose through the ranks to become a personal disciple. The good news: she had four senior brothers and sisters with extraordinary talent. The bad news: not one of them was normal. The eldest senior brother had a perfect public image, until Yun Qing discovered him getting up in the middle of the night to practice smiling. Once exposed, he turned into a completely blackened, sharp-tongued jerk. The second senior sister was so socially anxious she only talked to parts and pieces. When Yun Qing was injured and cried, “Senior Sister, it hurts...,” she grabbed a giant cleaver and charged out, beating the culprit until they were bawling for their parents. The third senior brother was a grinning talisman-exploding maniac. One day, he clung to Yun Qing and wailed, “Don’t leave me all alone...” They had only gone out for a late-night snack. Everyone said the fourth senior brother was cold-blooded and heartless. Then Yun Qing found him bawling his eyes out at “her” grave. Yun Qing: Where did Senior Brother the Sect Leader find these amazing Pokemon?... Great find! The Heavenly Dao suddenly appeared. “Your senior brothers and sisters will all die.” Yun Qing fell silent for three seconds. “You damn Heavenly Dao, I’m going to kill you!!!”
