I Was Born a Dragon, and I’m Sorry!

“I was born a dragon, and I’m sorry.”

Shadow of All Realms, Destroyer of Civilizations, Deathwing, Black Dragon Lord, Dragon King of the End Times, Lord of the Abyss, Scholar, Pioneer, Champion of the First through ??th Gwent Tournament, Ultimate Glutton, Top-Ranked Calamity: Itarek.

“What? I’ve become a black dragon?”

“The world is going to be destroyed in ninety thousand years?!”

“Humans haven’t even appeared yet!”

When the bewildered Itarek opened his eyes inside a dragon egg, the kind and gentle Mother of the Five-Colored Dragons told him the truth about the War Between Worlds.

From then on, diligent and eager to learn, Itarek began preparing for the coming war and secretly keeping an eye on the development of civilization.

Tens of thousands of years later, a magnificent, apocalyptic black dragon rampaged through a city.

“I am the very incarnation of power! Roarrrrr!!”
