Transmigrated to Farm as a Lord

A researcher from an agricultural science institute transmigrates into another world as the head of a small village, equipped with a Lord System. At first, all he wants is to lead the villagers in farming, help them live better lives, earn himself a noble title, and enjoy the decadent lifestyle of the aristocracy.

Unfortunately, the monsters and foreign races in this world won't let him live in peace, forcing him to put down his hoe and pick up a sword time and again. Since you insist on pushing me, how about I wipe you all out so I can farm in peace?
