Please Call Me an Immortal

My new novel, The Most Familiar Stranger, is now available. Please add it to your favorites and follow it. As a proper immortal, I've naturally seen my share of mortal-world tribulations. So when it came to descending to the mortal realm, I was quite calm about it. But what was all this swordplay happening before my eyes? And what were all these boxes filling the screen... 【Have we, Alluring the World, got a new class?】 The whole server erupted in shouts, all for the woman who had dazzled their eyes... 【Whoa, is this really an immortal class?】 【Wow, I'm definitely playing this class.】 【Did they introduce a new class for today's balance tournament?】 【That move was so slick. I love it!】 【The GM is a genius! Who said Alluring the World didn't have any decent classes? With this fairy class, we're going to take over the gaming world!】 【Wow, I have to marry a fairy and bring her home.】 【I'm going to make an account right now and start from level one.】 【You don't even seem to need to train this fairy class. Just standing there, she's already gorgeous...】 I completely understood the commotion my arrival had caused! But then I discovered, to my dismay, that I'd descended into a computer game called Alluring the World... Heavens above! Earth below! Can't you let me, Immortal Taotao, have a proper trip to the mortal realm and undergo my tribulation... P.S. This story follows an immortal's view of life as she explores the gaming world. Later on, the story may involve both the immortal and mortal realms, but it won't be told from a mortal's perspective. I hope the little fairies and handsome gentlemen reading this can also see things through an immortal's eyes. If it really overturns what you've always believed, I hope you'll take it in stride. After all, we're all only mortals! Thank you!
