Ten years later, he returned, hardened by blood and battle. Who says you can't rise again after a fall!?

With warhorses and weapons, I will trample the Nine Heavens. Across a vast land, I will erase Yao's name! In this life, I will become emperor for you, the one I must never let down!

In plain terms: A True Saint powerhouse is reborn and returns, joining forces with a nine-headed demon dragon to crush all opposition and reach the peak once more.
