Hong Kong Noir: Starting at Stanley Prison

Ding Yunfeng is reborn in a world where Hong Kong movies have all converged. From the start, he saves the wife and children of Crippled Ho!

One month later:

Lei Luo: "Ah Feng, I told you, whatever I have, half of it is yours."

"Brother Luo, I want to be a cop. Save this opportunity for Brother Ho." Ding Yunfeng gazed toward the north, his eyes profound.

"You're a lively kid with good sense! I'll arrange for you to train at Wong Chuk Hang tomorrow. In six months, you'll be transferred straight to my team as an undercover cop..."

"Brother Luo, you've misunderstood. Actually, I want to be a prison guard."

"Damn! You're not joking, are you? A prison guard!"

"That's right. I've already decided where I want to go: Stanley."

A few years later:

Sai Kung Big Fool mustered his courage and came to Stanley. "Brother Feng, I'm begging you, let me off this once. I smuggle cars! But why do you keep stuffing my boats with computers, engines, instrument blueprints, and all sorts of things every day...?"

"Yesterday, my boss called me in for tea. He even asked if I'd registered with the people up north, and said that if I had any patriotic connections, I should remember to bring him along!"
