There Are Only Ten Stones of Mid Laners in the LPL, and I Claim Twelve

Lu Yiming returned to 2013 and bound himself to an emotion System. As long as he could stir people’s emotions, he could strengthen himself and improve his mastery of the heroes.

And so, in League of Legends’ wild early days, a mid-lane tyrant burst onto the scene.

He talked trash, camped opponents at their fountain, made snide remarks, and taunted them after matches.

Under his relentless domination and training, everyone came to know the LPL as a region that produced mid laners in abundance.

But when Lu Yiming retired and homegrown LPL mid laners were thoroughly outclassed by their LCK counterparts, everyone finally understood.

It wasn’t that the LPL produced mid laners in abundance. It was that Lu Yiming had raised LPL mid laners to heights they could never have reached on their own.

The LPL mid lane is worth ten bushels of talent. Lu Yiming alone takes twelve, and everyone else owes him two!
