This book is one of the ones I have been following recently. It has an alternative theme. I like it very much. You can think of the current mainstream "protagonists" who travel through various time periods as viruses that tamper with the plot and destroy the world of the original work. The protagonist is a part of the anti-virus software, which specifically fights and kills those "protagonists" who travel through time and invade the original work to tamper with the plot.
