I'd Rather Be a Mandarin Duck Than an Immortal

The sea of clouds holds on to old feelings; Mount Tianmu leaves behind a dream. A paradise beyond the world, a man returning to the place he once knew. At last, they can meet again.

I want to guide you through tribulations on the path of cultivation, through nine transformations until all things return to one. I hope you’ll enjoy a long, springlike life of virtue and find harmony in the mortal world.

I never meant to, but a twist of fate brought you further karmic burdens and severed your immortal ties... I, I am guilty! I’ll make it up to you!
