Sacred Corpse

The human body is a mountain.

Within the mountain lie countless treasures.

Cultivation

is the process of climbing the mountain to seek them.

Along the way are fortuitous encounters, beautiful scenery, dangers, and temptations...

There are three thousand Great Daos in the world and countless cultivation methods. Refining qi, cultivating the body, nurturing the spirit: all are ways to “climb the mountain.”

Yet all of them come down to comprehending the Dao in the world and seeking it within oneself.

In the end, none can escape the word “corpse.”

A corpse is the physical body, which contains “essence,” “qi,” and “spirit.”

A sacred corpse is one that has found the true treasure within the “mountain,” becoming a saint and transforming into an immortal.

An “immortal” is simply a “person” who has climbed the “mountain.”
