The Sui Dynasty Conquers the World

Who is the first to wake from the great dream? I know my own life. Spring sleep in my thatched cottage is sweet; beyond the window, the sun climbs slowly. A modern university student, well versed in history and literature and gifted in many fields, transmigrates to the Sui dynasty and becomes Yang Yong, eldest son of Emperor Wen of Sui and crown prince, as well as the older brother of Yang Guang, the future Emperor Yang of Sui. In history, Yang Yong was outmaneuvered by Yang Guang, stripped of his title, deposed, and killed. As a transmigrator, how will he survive in this turbulent and treacherous era? How will he match wits with Yang Guang and his other enemies? Knowing how history ends, can he change his own fate? Can he alter the course of history? Will the Sui dynasty still fall? Will Li Yuan and Li Shimin still become figures who shape history? Will there still be a Tang dynasty? The answers are all in Sui Rules the World.
