Untamed

Lao Xu’s latest “rural + urban + thrilling” novel, The Wildest, tells a gripping story that touches readers’ hearts in the most plainspoken, down-to-earth language. After reading it, you’ll find yourself thinking: this is how a man should be.

Zhang Chun, a young man from a small mountain village, learned superb martial arts from his grandfather. He is loyal, full of character, and has a way with people. At the age of 22, a chance encounter led him to absorb the family’s bronze mirror and gain a hand that could predict the future. From then on, his life became wild. From small towns to big cities, wherever he went, he was the wildest man around.
