Shen Zhe, a top student at the School of Modern Foreign Languages, accidentally traveled back in time to 1868 during an adventurous trip to the hinterland of Tibet. He became the son of Shen Baozhen, the governor of Liangjiang (then the Minister of Shipping in Fujian), and the grandson of Lin Zexu, a feudal official. He originally wanted to be honest.
