May I ask where the one playing the flute has gone, ascending toward the purple clouds? She once learned to dance through her lovely youth. The engaged couple An Yunchen and Xie Tianyao are Time and Space Patrol officers. While pursuing Li Fazhu, who stole a spaceship and took it out for a joyride, they enter a time tunnel. An accident sends all three to the Sui-Tang era, where they unexpectedly become figures from history. An Yunchen also discovers the truth about his origins, leaving him with a difficult choice: stay or go.
