The Carefree Immortal Sword

Lin Yunfeng, an introverted young man from the twenty-first century, encounters Li Xiaoyao from The Legend of Sword and Fairy in a dream. When he wakes, he finds himself in a strange world and, for no apparent reason, becomes a disciple of Kunlun’s Earth Division. A lazy fellow by nature, he has no choice but to take up his immortal sword and set out on a journey...

Note: Li Xiaoyao will appear, but who is the real Li Xiaoyao? Uh, we’ll see when I finish the ending.

One more note: This is a fantasy novel I wrote several years ago, and writing fight scenes is not my strong suit. I originally planned to finish this one before starting a new book, A Song for Tang, since a character from The Carefree One, Geluofeng, would also appear in A Song for Tang. Unfortunately, I started the new book first. I began writing The Carefree One in 2008, and now it’s 2018. Ten years later, I’m back to writing it. I hope you’ll support my new historical novel, A Song for Tang. I still occasionally think about this fantasy novel, Xiao Fan, and wonder if I can continue it. Thank you all!
