After Joining as a Security Guard, the System Said I'd Be Promoted to Outer Sect Elder

The tenth day of middle school.

Xiao Jue happens to catch the young master Li Tianba cornering the campus beauty Lin Xianxian. He is holding her little hand and puckering his pig-like lips to kiss her cheek, soft as an egg.

At that moment, the System, which had been silent for more than ten years since Xiao Jue transmigrated, suddenly displays a prompt:

[The wicked young master Li Tianba has cornered the fairy Lin Xianxian and wants to force her to become his Dao companion.]

It's the plot!

There's a quest!

The System must be waiting for me to subdue Li Tianba and rescue Lin Xianxian, then enjoy endless resources, rise to the top, and reach the pinnacle of the world!

So...

[Xiao Jue stepped forward bravely.]

[Xiao Jue spoke righteously.]

[Xiao Jue was left bruised and battered.]

[Xiao Jue was expelled from the sect.]

After transmigrating to Blue Star, Xiao Jue was expelled from school and spent more than a decade struggling through life. All the while, he avoided the System's prompts.

But this time, just after becoming a security guard, his story seems to be taking a different turn:

[Xiao Jue donned the sect-issued Starshine Battle Robe.]

[Xiao Jue patrolled the sect's outer grounds.]

[Xiao Jue took the position of head disciple of the outer sect.]

[Xiao Jue officially took office as an outer sect elder.]
