The West Street Blacksmith Won't Cultivate Immortality

Su Changsheng transmigrated into a world of immortal cultivation, only to discover he had no spiritual root. So he gave up and made a living as a blacksmith.

The System has him slowly level up his everyday skills: smithing, tai chi, calligraphy, and chess. He has to reach the divine level in each one before it gives him a reward.

When the reward finally came, it was a seemingly dull and slow-witted old man in a straw rain cape.

Out in the world, demons of every kind fled at the sight of the old man. Back in the shop, he had to listen to Su Changsheng complain every day that he worked too slowly and ate too much, wasting precious gold coins.

Su Changsheng: I'm a blacksmith on West Street. I focus on smithing and refuse to cultivate immortality!
