Spiritual Root Rental

In the year 473 of the Immortal Era, spiritual roots are no longer a talent. They are an asset. Chen Du rents a Grade C mixed spiritual root at an annual interest rate of seventy percent. Then he discovers a loophole in Clause Seven of the lease, one that every creditor pretends doesn't exist.
