The Ship System Won't Bind to a Ship, So Why Bind to Me?

"The ship System doesn't bind to a ship, so why are you binding it to me?"

This is an age when everyone takes to the sea. Countless people throw themselves into the endless ocean, a place filled with danger and opportunity.

Shen Lun, a transmigrator, awakened a ship System capable of cultivating vessels.

But... what does it mean that the ship bound to the ship System is me?

[Complete your first voyage and obtain the ship talent "Sea's Favor." You will never be swallowed by the ocean!]

[Complete your first salvage and obtain the ship talent "Treasure Radar." You will be able to sense the treasures hidden in the ocean!]

[Complete your first kill and obtain the ship talent "Precision Cannon." Your cannon shots will hit their targets with pinpoint accuracy!]

As one ship talent after another, talents that should have been bestowed on a vessel, were bestowed on Shen Lun instead...

"What do you mean the ship sank, but the person didn't? He's actually riding the waves straight toward us!"

"We're over a thousand meters away, and he hit my rudder with one shot. Isn't that cheating?"
