Conan's Phantom Thief, Part-Time Detective

He is the youngest captain in the history of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, hailed as "the Poirot of the Heisei era" and feared by criminals as "the Demon."

He is also the pure-white gentleman beneath the moonlight, the sender of calling cards, and the "Phantom Thief of the Century" who keeps Tokyo's rich awake all night.

"Damn it, why can't we ever catch this phantom thief?"

"Catch myself?"

This is the story of a man who keeps walking the line and has it both ways.

"Don't get the wrong idea. I became a cop to catch bad guys. I became a phantom thief... to pay off my debts (crossed out), for the sake of art."
