Ten Divine Weapons I: The Nine Heavens Jade Umbrella

In the year 1380 of the Divine Era, the chaotic martial world was awash in slaughter, with endless conflict between the righteous and the wicked. Xiaoyao Valley and Hundred Blossoms Valley were known as the two supreme forces of the martial world. One took in male disciples and mastered the schemes of the jianghu, while the other accepted female disciples and passed down peerless martial arts. They stood as equals, balancing the martial world against each other. Han Xinyue, Valley Master of Hundred Blossoms Valley, exhausted her lifelong cultivation to forge the Ten Divine Weapons that would shake the world, entrusting them to her ten personal female disciples, each from one of the Ten Great Clans. Uniquely blessed, the Ten Divine Weapons each possessed special powers, but only the slightest hint of the fantastical, with no mutations or supernatural forces involved. They also carried a divine tactical seal: anyone who coveted them would suffer a ruptured heart meridian and die, no matter how far away they were. No one dared provoke them recklessly.

Murong Qingcheng, the youngest junior sister of Hundred Blossoms Valley and foremost of the Ten Beauties, wielded the supreme divine weapon, the Nine Heavens Black Jade Umbrella. This umbrella combined offense and defense and concealed deadly traps: its shaft served as a scabbard, its handle became a sword hilt, and hidden weapons were tucked into its ribs. It could fend off an enemy one-on-one or protect an entire formation, and its unique healing art, Withered Wood Reborn, made it a peerless treasure of offense, defense, and healing in a chaotic age.

The righteous and wicked factions of the martial world were locked in constant conflict. Wary of the ten junior sisters' strength, the evil sects denounced them as the Ten Demonesses, while the righteous revered their chivalrous spirit and honored them as the Ten Holy Maidens. The ten senior and junior sisters shared deep affection and unwavering solidarity, without a trace of resentment or discord. Murong Qingcheng entered the world with the Nine Heavens Black Jade Umbrella and met the man destined for her. Together, they braved the storm-tossed jianghu.

The two established themselves through martial arts and championed justice. Joining forces with the other nine sisters who wielded divine weapons, they exposed conspiracies in the jianghu, ended the martial world's wars, and brought a century of chaos to a close with the power of the Ten Divine Weapons. In the end, the two Valley Masters of Hundred Blossoms Valley and Xiaoyao Valley retired in peace. After the Ten Beauties purged the martial world of its chaos, all ten withdrew from public life and retreated to the mountains, creating a legendary tale of women who brought order to the world.
