The Chronicles of Sanlang’s Demon-Slaying

The old master of Jinling Village told a story about a divine dragon appearing in a dream a hundred years ago and suppressing a flood dragon. No one knew if it was true.

Wang Shiliu, Cai Xiaonong, and Li Qingxi grew curious and went to explore the Temple of the Subdued Flood Dragon on Mao'er Mountain at night. They unexpectedly saw the white snake Wushuzi release the black flood dragon. Learning that it would return, the three accepted half of Wushuzi's cultivation and magical treasures to protect the villagers, then headed south to hunt it down.

The group encountered one lucky break after another along the way. After three battles, they finally captured the black flood dragon alive. They thought the matter was settled, only to find themselves caught up in a huge conspiracy from the previous era.
