Ruins of Tomorrow

Beneath Huailing, a train from thirty years in the future has appeared.

Track maintenance worker Lu Wensheng encounters a cracked watch and sees someone sealing the escape door from outside amid the thick smoke.

When his mother's heart stopped beating, the train that was supposed to take her life hadn't even left the depot yet.

An anomaly caused the death from the future to strike her early. He has only seventy-two hours to eliminate the conditions that would make the accident fatal and save his mother.

The cracked watch leaves him just ten seconds. He'll have to open the door, stop the train, and do everything else with his own hands.

After saving his mother, he also repairs a discarded blade from the future.

The ruins hold not only bad endings, but weapons he can hold in his own hands. Alongside his lover and teammates, he'll follow the trail of these relics into even deeper ruins.
