The Coffin Hidden in the Sacred Mountain

Mount Kunlun, the ancestor of all mountains, a forbidden land for a thousand years.

The world knows only the splendor of its snowy peaks, unaware that deep within lies an ancient divine palace suspended there for a thousand years.

My grandfather was the last Kunlun ruins explorer. Thirty years ago, he ventured deep into Kunlun’s Valley of Death and never returned, leaving behind only half a blood-red beast token and a final warning:

“Do not enter the divine palace unless it is opened. The living must not enter. Those who do will never return.”

The year my grandfather disappeared, I found a yellowed journal in an old wooden trunk. It recorded every forbidden secret of the eerie mists of Ailao Mountain, the ghost coffins of Yin Mountain, and the Kunlun Divine Palace.

When I turned twenty-eight, a mysterious scientific expedition team came to my door. Carrying my grandfather’s incomplete remains and some bizarre old photographs, they offered a million and forced me to retrace his steps into Kunlun’s deadly wilderness.

A snowbound underground palace sealed beneath the ice for a thousand years, deadly miasma in the mountains, ancient beasts guarding the divine palace, and ancient secrets under seal...

Every step into forbidden territory is a step toward the underworld.

Only when I reached the summit of Kunlun did I learn the truth:

The so-called sacred mountain was never meant to shelter humanity. It was a prison for the most vicious fiends of all time.
