The Coffin Does Not Fall to the Ground

Carrying a dragon pole and walking on the night mountain, what I carry is not the coffin of the dead, but the blood debt that the living person has hidden for half his life. [Chinese folk customs | Folk custom taboos | Unit solving crimes | Family fate | Thriller and micro-terrorism | Yin occupation] My grandfather carried a coffin and went crazy when he came back. After being crazy for thirty years, he held my hand tightly before he died: "Whoever touches that old coffin in Duanhun Ridge will die." At the age of twenty-four, I was forced to take over the job of "mountain bearer". There are four deadly rules in this industry - don't lift the coffin to the ground, don't lift it back, don't lift the red coffin at night, and don't lift the empty coffin in the rain. If one is broken, the coffin is filled with anger, a black mark is added on the shoulder, and there is an innocent soul in the dream. The red coffin banged against the board in the middle of the night, and the old coffin that had been moved to the tomb contained a knife that had been dusted for thirty years. The empty coffin entered the mountain and attracted a mountain of lonely souls... I followed the tough-talking old gangtou, the reckless man Da Zhuang, and the silent herbal medicine Lin Jiu, and carried the coffin all night long. Every coffin contains never a dead person, but evidence of living murders. As soon as the old coffin from Duanhun Ridge was mentioned, the hands of the old men in the team couldn't stop shaking. People know that ghosts are scary, and ghosts know that people's hearts are poisonous. The rules are earned by the coffin bearers in exchange for their lives, but some coffins cannot be carried without carrying them.
