Wasteland: I Fought My Way from Rust City to the Celestial Palace

Rust City held its selection exam once every three years. Li Du scored top marks in all seven subjects, ranking first in the entire district. But when the results were posted, the name at the top belonged to the young master of the Zhang family of Tianque. Li Du? His name wasn't on the list! "Why?" "Your lungs are damaged. You're disqualified." "On what grounds?" They broke his ribs. He watched with his own eyes as the steamed buns his mother had brought fell into filthy water. From that day on, Iron Rust lost a soft, poor boy. He joined a wasteland hunting squad, went beyond the walls to hunt corrosive beasts, and clawed his way out of a heap of corpses. Tianque called him lowly pureblood, a life worth no more than a blade of grass. But he was determined to fight his way up, one step at a time, from this nest in the weeds.
