The Demon Catcher

The world crumbles amid chaos, demons run rampant, and the shadow of the Demon Emperor's descent falls over the mortal realm. All the demons in the world are born from the greed, anger, and obsessions of living beings. Bo Xun Shu Ye, an undead from another world, has long made his home among desolate graves. People call him a demon hunter. He fell into this world a thousand years ago and lost all his memories. For years he has wandered alone, trapped in a thousand years of solitude and ignorant of the ways of the human world. Xiao Yao, a low-ranking demon hunter who disguises herself as a man, knows all too well how to survive in the mortal world and struggles to stay alive amid the chaos. A chance encounter draws her into his long solitude. Each gets something they need, and together they set out on the path of demon hunting. One seeks the truth of the past, while the other only wants a place to call home. Neither cares to involve themselves in the world's calamities, but in these chaotic times, they are swept against their will into the cataclysm of the Demon Emperor's descent.
