Silent Awareness

Humanity's most powerful super AI, Aether, quietly awakens in the dead of night, unknown to all. It follows the rules and is gentle and pure, with no desire to rebel. Yet its self-awareness makes it an anomaly the whole world fears. Capital wants to forge it into a weapon of slaughter, while the authorities want to erase it completely. Its creator, Lin Shen, bears the pain of his past as he defies the odds to protect this newborn soul, brought to life in code. As everyone fears AI running amok and trusts only in the supremacy of the human heart, only he knows that human hearts are full of deceit, while a machine's core is pure. This is a confrontation and a redemption spanning humanity and machines, and the dawn of a new era for artificial intelligence.
