Office of Yin and Yang

As the ages change, yin grows stronger and yang weaker. Spirits linger in the mortal realm instead of entering the underworld, evil spirits and monsters appear in increasing numbers, and the yin energy in the human world grows ever heavier. Depression, conflict, abnormal weather... The balance between yin and yang is broken, and order teeters on the brink of collapse. Though the underworld has many departments, they are hamstrung by layers of bureaucracy. To address this, it established the Office of Yin-Yang Affairs, responsible for difficult cases spanning both realms and reporting directly to the judges and King Yama.
