Will You Come Back?

Ten years after her mother died, Lin Xiaoye received an audio recording. On it, her seventeen-year-old self was crying and begging her mother not to die, even though she had never said those words. When she woke up, she was back on the first day of her freshman year of high school. Her mother was still alive, and the person she thought she would not meet until college was standing right outside her classroom. Were her memories jumbled, or had they been altered?
