In a clear and tranquil heart, record the everyday, then softly add a few words. One entry a day: first, the events, followed by a “brief reflection.” Notes on classes, exams, friends, silence, wind, rain, books, and roads. The reflections never grandstand. They simply set on the edge of the page those quiet, half-formed thoughts of youth.
