I Want to Change the World Too

Do you believe in reincarnation? In this day and age, eighty percent of the people in society have no human soul. The number of people is finite, and every era sees large-scale slaughter to keep that number in check. But the world is peaceful now, and there are still just as many people as before. The numbers haven't changed. So what are all the extra beings? They have human bodies, but no human souls. Are they pigs? Cows? Horses? Whatever they are, they aren't human. History must be set right. The gods have abandoned this era, but I will bring it back on course.
