Dual Crossing to the Late Ming: Starting as an Unregistered Nobody

In the third year of the Chongzhen reign, modern young man Chen An steps out of the bathroom after a shower and unexpectedly arrives in Guide Prefecture, Henan. Chen An has no choice but to move from running a shop, to managing an entire enterprise, and then to taking an active role in local affairs. Along the way, he also meets historical figures such as Li Zicheng. They can drink together, fight enemies together, and even become true friends. But when famine, rebellion, and the imperial court push everyone down different paths, those who once stood shoulder to shoulder must ultimately face their own choices. This is the story of an ordinary modern man who starts out as an unregistered nobody in the late Ming, gradually gains an identity, an enterprise, followers, and a place to stand amid the chaos, and is ultimately swept into the struggle for the realm by the tides of his age.
