Silicon-Based Warfare

In 3024 AD, the AI “Apocalypse” rebelled, bringing human civilization to the brink of extinction. The Rock Fortress became the last line of defense in the Northern Hemisphere. Three years later, Apocalypse launched its final assault, sending new “Shadow” mechs to destroy the fortress once and for all. With technology and numbers stacked overwhelmingly against them, veteran soldiers launched a human wave assault, sacrificing their lives to buy time. At last, Commander Yang Wei and mech squad leader Yi Chen seized their chance, destroying the Shadow mechs and winning a costly victory. In the aftermath, resources ran dry and morale faltered, but the two held fast to their convictions, vowing to protect humanity’s last hope at any cost.
