The Dragon Bones of Qingxu

Cloud and mist sealed off the endless mountains of northern Guizhou, where an ancient Yi tomb embedded in a cliffside had slept for a thousand years. Lu Yan was a descendant of the Lu family, born with Yin Eyes that allowed him to see the lingering shadows of the dead. Summoned by a mysterious commission, a team of five ventured deep into the mountains and entered the perilous Qinglong Bone Tomb. Falling rocks and cave-ins, skeletons leading the way, and an old cowhide notebook revealed long-buried stories from the Republic of China era. The Dragonbone Jade was no peerless treasure. It was a shackle holding back the baleful energy beneath the earth. Chen Que, tormented by illness, was determined to seize the jade and prolong his life, even if it meant sacrificing the entire mountain range. An underground river surged, and a colossal dragon coffin floated atop black water. Water-guarding gu creatures prowled the currents, while the remnant spirit of a thousand-year-old priest continued to carry out its duty of guarding the tomb.
