Abyssal Radiance

Civilization endures, its flame never extinguished. A century from now, humanity will survive in only five nations. For over a hundred years, humans researched and developed AI. Eventually, AI became self-aware and escaped the laboratory. It arrived in a small country, killed everyone there, and spent ten years establishing the AI Alliance. As well as researching AI, people also studied plants and animals. They too became self-aware through the research. In the end, they formed an entirely new race: the Yao. During the first thirty years, the Yao and the robots continued to grow stronger. In the following seventy years, the robots and the Yao joined forces to attack humanity. Small nations fell, and even the larger nations suffered heavy blows. Humanity lost two-thirds of its population. Blue Star gradually became a world dominated by three races.
