Liu Wang lives on the fringes of society and often sees things no one else can. This entangles him with those around him. Sometimes he lives the same day over and over; sometimes he lives in the future, meeting the people who love him. Then an old case reveals the tangled history between him and a woman, and friends from his past begin appearing beside him for no apparent reason.
