Douluo, Behold the Shattering of the Stars

As Tang Sect Hidden Weapons fade into the twilight in the Soul Tool era ten thousand years later, a young boy awakens his Martial Soul and finds a staff appearing in his palm.

It is the Ninth Divine Key, the Key of Devouring. It recreates the Herrscher of Earth’s "power of the land," manipulating gravity and distorting space and time. At its zero rated power, it can create a pseudo-black hole that drags all things into the abyss of annihilation. In the Martial Soul system of Douluo Dalu, it has no precedent and no legacy.

In an era when Soul Tools roar and the Sun Moon Empire’s iron hooves crush the old order of the continent, Huo Yuhao follows the script Tang San left behind, ascending to godhood step by step. The Tang Sect is rebuilt amid the ruins, and Shrek’s aura still shines bright. Our protagonist, however, stands in opposition to it all.

He will not cultivate the Tang Sect’s techniques, worship Clear Sky Douluo, or accept the destiny script ordained by the Divine Realm.

What he intends to do is use a black hole to devour that prewritten "protagonist narrative."

When the Asura God’s covert aid is no longer all-powerful, when the privilege of Twin Martial Souls can be crushed by a gravitational field, and when "destiny" itself becomes something that can be devoured, the rules of Douluo Dalu will be rewritten from the ground up.

This is a story about a mortal wielding a Herrscher’s power, a story of devouring and rebuilding, and a story that asks: "Who is the true protagonist?"
